"Lead Me to the Water" by Nick Wilson

I first interviewed Nick Wilson when he released "Enough to Know You" which was one of the best songs I’ve ever featured on my blog. I've been listening to him on a daily basis ever since. His EP Love and Heartache was one of my favorite releases of 2020. His song "Built For This" is the song that made me want to study his music more. Musically and vocally, he represents everything I love. He has beautiful, emotional, honest songs and the best part of it all is that his soulful vocals make his songs even better.
His new single "Lead Me to the Water" is his first single off 2021 and it's fucking incredible. It feels epic, emotional, beautiful, cinematic and it is one of the best ballads you will ever hear. The music video perfectly reflects the song - it definitely brings more meaning and emotion to the song. Simply stunning.
Nick Wilson is honestly one my favorite discoveries ever. His songs are timeless and I believe a huge number of people will fall in love with his music as the years go by.
He will be releasing his debut album on August 6th and it’s one of the most exciting projects of the year. I honestly think he is going to blow up very soon and I'll be here to witness that :)
