11 days

It’s been 11 days since my micro-physiotherapy session. I kept doing yoga and I added those 6 exercises that my micro-physiotherapist told me to do. I’ve been very consistent and committed to these new things and I already feel the positives changes in my mind and body. What’s been helping me the most is yoga and this cardiac coherence exercise. I’ve been doing it 3 times a day. Life changing. I already feel less stressed and angry and I feel more calm. It’s weird to feel good. I’ve been living with these health issues for a long time and kinda learned how to live with it. It was annoying and stressful. Today I wake up with the intent of feeling better. I do my daily physical exercises and I keep doing this intermittent fasting. I feel much better.

But the healing process is not over yet. I know I’ll have to keep working hard on my health every day for the rest of my life. I still have moments of stress, anger and anxiety. But not as much as before. There’s a lot of progress, and I feel very proud and happy about that :)

I’m doing my 4th blood test on Thursday. I’m excited to see if my thyroid is doing better. I will keep you all posted :)
