Apple cider vinegar ?

My life almost feels normal now. It doesn’t always feel like I’m sick. I do remember I am sick when I take my meds in the morning or when I have to do a blood test. But other than that, things are back to “normal” - I feel good and I don’t feel so tired anymore. I don’t have any palpitation anymore. I do feel stressed from time to time though. But I guess stress will always be here lol
I am still working on this new diet. More fruits (especially raspberries and strawberries) and vegetables. Less sugar. Less meat. I’ve been avoiding red meat. Less tea. And I’ve been avoiding chocolate (terrible lol) And I’ve been drinking apple cider vinegar every now and then. It helps in the balanced production and expression of hormones. It improves metabolism and helps to alkalize the body environment. They say we could drink it with water and lemon but I honestly prefer to drink it as it is - not a lot though. But you could also incorporate apple cider vinegar in your salad dressings.
So if you’d like to try, you can drink some in the morning or after dinner every now and then - with water and lemon if you prefer, or in your salad dressings. It also helps with digestion, reducing cholesterol, reducing belly fat, lowering blood sugar levels, improving the symptoms of diabetes. But just like everything else, don’t overdo it :) And make sure to keep eating healthy food and keep exercising. Apple cider vinegar is just another tool to help you feel better.
Other than that, I’ve been spending a lot of time with friends. I’ve been walking a lot and I’ve been skateboarding. I love these two activities. It helps me feel less anxious and stressed. I love spending some time outside. Skateboarding makes me feel free. AND, I’ve been missing LA a lot. So I might book a flight for November. Hopefully I will be able to go… 🤞🏻
