healing
Hi,
I almost didn’t want to write anything but then I thought I’d share the latest updates.
I’ve been feeling very good lately. I felt inspired, happy and motivated. I’ve been doing yoga for 21 days now and I’ve been getting better at it, which feels good :) To tell you the truth, there are days where I don’t feel like doing it but when it happens, I always force myself - but then I immediately feel great after my session. It’s helping me a lot with my breathing as well. Sometimes I feel like I forget to breathe or I forget to breathe properly, which is not a good habit. So yoga has been teaching me to breathe properly. Yoga has been a huge game changer in my life and I’m excited to learn more.
Another game changer is this intermittent fasting. I kept doing it and same thing as yoga, it’s been great for me. My intermittent fasting starts from 6.30pm to 8/9am. All these changes have been very beneficial and I can feel it in my mind, body and soul. My mental health has improved as well :)
My treatment and these changes in my life have been working. I had my blood test two weeks ago and it looks like my T4 is back to normal - for now. So it’s been a relief for me :) I still have to take medications because my TSH is still very high but I’m going to keep working hard on my health and I’m hoping to heal completely very soon :) I am fucking healing !
Thank you for reading me. My life is quite boring but like I said before, these blogs are very therapeutic.
A few weeks ago, I couldn’t focus on anything else other than my health but today I can focus on the things that make me happy and feel inspired again. I feel WAY less stressed about the disease… and I guess I learned to live with it and got used to it :) But let’s not get TOO used to it lol
Alright, thank you again for reading this. Hope everyone is doing well.
